I hold a doctorate in healthcare and organizational leadership and have spent my career at the intersection of nonprofit innovation and philanthropic strategy. I've stewarded millions in grantmaking, led multi-sector collaborations, and designed initiatives that center equity and deliver measurable outcomes.
What I know is this: the people I work with are already capable. They don't need someone to hand them a vision. They need a thought partner who can help them see clearly, build soundly, and lead in a way that lasts.
