We do not claim full compliance with any accessibility standard at this time, but we are committed to making consistent, good-faith efforts to identify and address barriers as they are discovered.

 

STANDARDS WE ARE WORKING TOWARD

Our website is hosted on the Wix platform. Wix builds its platform in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and is in the process of adapting toward WCAG 2.1 and 2.2. As a Wix-hosted site, the technical accessibility of our website is partly determined and limited by the features and configurations that Wix makes available to site owners. We are not able to modify back-end code or platform-level infrastructure beyond what Wix permits.

At the platform level, Wix provides a number of built-in accessibility features, including full keyboard functionality and navigation, automatic DOM (Document Object Model) ordering to support screen reader users, smart focus rings for keyboard navigation visibility, built-in ARIA attributes for assistive technology support, semantic heading structures, Skip to Main Content functionality, and site language designation.

As the site owner, For LITE Solutions is responsible for the content we publish — including text, images, documents, and media. We use the Wix Accessibility Wizard to periodically scan our site for accessibility issues and make corrections based on those findings.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

We want to be transparent about current known limitations on this site. Our brand was developed with a color palette centered on a golden yellow primary color. Some combinations within this palette do not meet WCAG AA contrast requirements (a minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text). We are aware of these contrast gaps and are working to identify which specific combinations present barriers as part of our ongoing accessibility review. Where feasible within our brand and platform constraints, we will make adjustments.

Some content on this site may include third-party embedded elements — such as social media feeds, external links, or embedded tools — that are outside our control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of content owned or operated by third parties and encourage users who encounter barriers with third-party content to contact those providers directly.

When an accessibility concern is brought to our attention, For LITE Solutions will conduct an initial review within six (6) months of receipt. We will work to implement a remediation or reasonable accommodation within twelve (12) months of the date the concern was received. Actual timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the issue, whether the barrier is within our control or attributable to Wix platform limitations, and available resources. We are committed to communicating transparently with anyone who raises a concern throughout this process.
